Welcome! Welcome! Welcome!!!
Welcome to 100 Plus One™ a traveling exhibit comprised of 250 rare music artifacts connecting the legacy of African Americans' musical contributions to the world over the past 100 plus One years.
100 Plus One™ comes to the age where the artists and music companies may have to reflect and consider returning to its roots. Americans along with African Americans have become off base in its music and the country has been on a mental vacation. September 11, 2001 indicates the core of collective conscious and the soul of music and its culture is suffering in this new age. Neo-soul artists such as Maxwell, Erykah Badu, Musiq, India Arie, Jill Scott, Alicia Keys, as well as independent companies and others are leading the way in the new music age of 100 Plus One™ and are realigning the music future in a new direction versus sampling the creativity of others.
The exhibit is fun, informative, stimulating, provoking and educational. 100 Plus One™ is a healing and soothing exhibition that exhibit attendees will talk about for years. 100 Plus One™ celebrates black music’s survival and triumphs in all forms and the predecessors by bringing it front center domestically and internationally
